The Deal Management Process (DMP) is designed to help companies create the documents necessary to comply with state and federal securities laws concerning private equity transactions in the United States. Similar in function to websites that ask individuals a series of questions about their taxes and then print out IRS form 1040, DMP guides business owners through a series of financing related questions and then allows them to print all of the major forms required to complete a private placement.
